Студентка делала селфи каждый день подготовки к сессии: Результат оказался плачевным

Выпускница архитектурного факультета Ноттингемского университета ежедневно снимала себя на протяжении месяца подготовки к экзаменам.

На видео в Youtube четко видно, как спустя 40 дней невысыпания, потребления энергетических напитков и кофе, девушка постепенно утрачивает свое физическое и психическое здоровье.

В комментариях к этому видео Элени поделилась своими впечатлениями от эксперимента.

"В течение долгих месяцев я думала, что медленно сокращаю длительность своей жизни. Учиться и сдавать экзамены по архитектуре - одно из самых сложных испытаний в моей жизни."

"Благодаря успешной сдачи сессии я сейчас живу в Нью-Йорке и могу заниматься любимым делом. Думаю, этого того стоило."
